Job Description:
Our Network Partner is a leading provider of engineering, environmental, architectural and construction services, worldwide. With a history dating back over 90 years, they have offices in 20 locations in the U.S. and overseas. They have an immediate need for a Senior Project Manager having Air Navigational experience.
Knowledge and special skills:
This person will define project scope, determine work procedures/sequences and develops schedules, budgets, staffing, vendor lists and progress billing points. Will lead a project team and see that responsibilities are assigned and the execution of tasks are begun and completed according to schedule. Will meet with client management as necessary during the term of the project to resolve issues and obtain approvals at the project’s completion. Maintains a continuing business relationship with client as part of ongoing business development efforts. Manages the day-to-day activities of project engagements including Clients and Project Teams. Must be familiar with International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) codes and regulations. Knowledge of airport design, operations, & terminology, and familiarity with FAA Safety Management System (SMS). Knowledge of Air Traffic Control (ATC), FMS, analytical skills and FAA Orders for SIDS, STARS, PANSOPS, PANSATM would be a plus.

Additional information:
Must possess a BS in engineering from a Western country. Must have lead two previous similar assignments lasting more than two years each. Experience must span from design phase through construction and installation. This assignment is in Kuwait with duration of approximately 5 years.
